Welcome from Neil Green, Headteacher.
Welcome to Claystone School.
It is a privilege to serve as Headteacher and to welcome you to our school community.
At Claystone School, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and ambitious learning environment where every pupil is valued as an individual. We recognise that each young person has their own strengths, interests and aspirations, and we work closely with families and professionals to ensure that every pupil receives the support they need to flourish.
Our approach is built upon strong relationships, high expectations and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of the pupils we serve. Through personalised learning journeys, we support the development of communication, independence, confidence and resilience, enabling pupils to make meaningful progress both academically and personally.
We believe that difference should be celebrated and that every child deserves the opportunity to experience success. We are committed to creating an environment in which pupils feel safe, respected and inspired to reach their full potential.
Partnership with families is central to our work. We value the trust that parents and carers place in us and recognise the importance of working together to achieve the very best outcomes for every child.
I am incredibly proud of the dedicated staff team at Claystone School and of the positive, supportive culture we have created. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing more about our school, our values and the opportunities available to our pupils.
